Since 2013

The International Academy of Business and Technology in Switzerland, established in 2013, proudly maintains accreditation from respected international quality assurance bodies. Each year, we welcome a diverse student body of over 1800 individuals from more than 120 countries. Formerly known as the Open University until 2018, our institution evolved into OUS Academy from 2021 to 2024. In 2025, following the acquisition of new government-approved accreditations, we officially embraced the name OUBH International Academy of Business and Technology in Switzerland.

Formerly known as the Open University until 2021, our institution has undergone a transformative journey. From 2021 to 2024, we operated under the name Zurich Academy, reflecting our commitment to innovation and progress. In 2025, we reached a significant milestone with the acquisition of three new governmentls-approved accreditations. As a result, we proudly embraced our current name, the International Academy of Business and Technology in Switzerland.

At the Academy, we are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional educational experience that prepares you for success in the dynamic world of business and technology. The International Academy of Business and Technology in Switzerland is a dynamic, modern academy in the heart of Switzerland, with a focus on all aspects of the management and business industry. There is a long tradition of management in Switzerland, and it is the ideal environment for young people from all over the world wishing to study the most important business and management professions.

For many of our students, it is the first time they study online and study with a group of students for a long period from completely foreign cultures. We, therefore, offer them round-the-clock support from the time they start studying until the completion of their studies. Even after they have graduated we are always available to listen to their questions.

Students learn about the business and management sector in a familiar atmosphere. The curricula include all subjects related to business management, and after the courses, students can undertake appropriate to continue studying. The school’s manageable size enables individually supported teaching and considers the cultural and religious backgrounds of each individual.

The Academy is based in Switzerland, We offer a range of online study programs starting from Associate Bachelor up to Doctorate, including Masters and Bachelors study programs, all our Studies can be done in ONE academic  year  + thesis flexible study program (Friday to Sunday) as follows:

Undergraduate Programs:

(total 180 ECTS):

1st Step: Diploma - 1 year (EQF Level 4) - 60 ECTS 2nd Step: Higher Diploma - 1 year (EQF Level 5) - 60 ECTS 3rd Step: Bachelor's Degree - 1 year (EQF Level 6) - 60 ECTS

Postgraduate Programs:

Master's Degree - 1 to 3 years (EQF Level 7)

Doctorate: 1-year study + thesis (thesis takes another 2 years)
